the room was very appointed, very much a period piece. It had the best shower I've had anywhere. The locations was very convenient, off the beaten track, so quiet, yet close enough to everything. I highly recommend it.

Spacious third floor apartment via stairs only. All contact via text. Host was reluctant to provide any accommodation such as luggage drop-off. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Finished prep after our 4 pm check-in. Very convenient location.

The room was SPOTLESS. It was, however, not really a “hotel” in that it’s more of an “Air Bnb.” No staff were onsite. Also, we were on the 3rd floor-no elevator and no parking. They did send 3 close by options for parking- but the closest is $24/day so be mindful of that if you’re driving. There were several decent restaurants in walking distance. There were coffee cups-no kettle/coffee machine, so that was odd. Nice space overall for the price.

We were not even given proper instructions to enter the building. No one said there was an outside door to open. A lot of trouble with code for the actual room. Room was dirty. Not even hand soap in the washroom. Also we had coffee cups but no coffee maker. We did not complete our stay and I have asked for a refund. Have not heard back.

Worst hotel experience in 50 years!

Bo human reception, had to unplug extension cords to plug our stuff in, tiny round table only eating or writing surface. Difficult to get and use front door and room key codes. Remodel looks good but marginally functional

A decent place with a spacious room, located conveniently near the chateau de Frontenac. Checkin was smooth, they should just fix the access door as I had to really push the button hard a few times each time to get in.

Cannot beat the price and location. Quadruple room was really spacious and clean. Only thing to improve is the main entrance lock. You have to push really hard to type the code.

The communication betwwen the host was very easy and prompt as well as informative. We really enjoyed staying here. The location was close to everything. The accommodations themselves were very clean, comfortable and cozy. We would stay here again.

Nice clean and spacious room. In the heart of old quebec city…a few mins walk from all notable spots. Theres no parking on the premises but theres one available at a decent price very nearby.

Boa localização, hospedagem honesta.

Boa localização, rua tranquila, porem o acesso a transporte requer uma caminhada de curta distancia ao centro da Cidade Velha, uma vez que fica numa rua que fecha em determinados horários, dependendo da hora que chega não ha acesso a carros. Conforto da cama, ótimo, banho bom. Acesso à internet ruim devido a instabilidade constante. Na ultima noite sem acesso algum. Limpeza poderia ser melhor, muita poeira embaixo da cama. Para quem chega a pé, da estação de trem, é uma subida bem íngreme ate o hotel, pois fica num dos pontos mais altos da cidade velha. E na hospedagem nao ha elevador, caso fique no andar superior. As fotos sao bem de acordo com o que se encontra.
