Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The property is dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained. The front porch light does not work, there is black mold on the bathroom ceiling and on the shower tile, the door to the smaller bedroom cannot be closed because it is warped, and the steps from the back parking area into the apartment are not secured to the threshold (VERY wobbly). A handle on of the kitchen cabinets came off in my hand when I went to open it. The floor of the apartment is uneven. We are surprised that it was being offered as a rental.
