The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Its location is perpect and has a near parking lot. The room is picture perfect for a family picture 😅. It’s virtual assitance is very efficient. No long waits as good as in person. Thank you for having us!

4 days ago on Google The hotel is super well situated, two doors from the chateaua and a minute away from where most tours meet. It’s historical and at the same time feels very modern with great updated facility. I love the tall ceiling and tall windows, and how spacious an quiet it is. Room is very clean and has everything we need. I can’t recommend it any higher.

This was an incredible stay felt like a cozy place to live with everything at your fingertips and best location! We highly recommend nice having a kitchen and Laundry machine especially in the winter. Love it look forward to booking this again!

Great location being walking distance from several popular sites. The room was spacious and had amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, ironing board, and space heater. The heating was a little difficult to regulate. At one point we woke up in the middle of the night and the room was 80°F. The staff were very responsive and answered any question we had quickly. Unfortunately, we did forget some belongings in the room and when we messaged them about it, they were not able to locate them.

Parking was the biggest struggle for us as the garage from the web description wasn’t available. We tried street parking on streets with no restrictions posted and still received a larking ticket. The hote itself is wonderful and the staff was amazing. They helped us through some issues we had with access, parking, and others. We will stay here on our next trip back for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Kent. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The location is very walkable to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Even though there was no front desk, communication via text/call was excellent. Always prompt and helpful- we never had a problem reaching someone. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We can't wait to come stay again.

The room was spotless, La Maison Kent is very well located, a block from Le Château Frontenac and the old city can be visited by walking. The underground parking is located right a cross the street and there is 2 Flow car chargers. This is the ideal spot to be if you want to spend some time in the Old Quebec City.
