Loved our beautiful studio in the heart of Old Quebec. Plenty of restaurants & activities & sights within 2-3 blocks of Maison Kent. I highly recommend it & would be happy to stay there again!

Was one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed in. Elevator, free laundry, 3 doors down from the Frontenac, beautiful furnishings, king size bed very comfortable, kitchenette, so very clean, I can go on and on. Not to mention it was the best price I could find in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these UNESCO Heritage hotel to anyone.

Hotel was amazing, accommodating, easy communication, perfect central location. Cannot get any better. Only problem was the no elevator, but we are young and hubby did a great job! The area is Old Quebec, properties are old. This place is stellar. Definitely would recommend.

The hotel was the best part of the trip. It was like a high end ski chalet - huge living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Had to park in a parking garage next door and at City Hall, but that worked out just fine. Had a great time.

Our stay at La Maison Kent was very pleasant. The aesthetics of the room are spectacular, lots of space and a great mixture of old and new. The huge shower was fantastic! The elevator was welcome as we (my husband more than myself) had to navigate heavy luggage from the parking garage up the street. The location was perfect and a short walk to all there is to see in Old Quebec City. We really appreciated the support with our request for more coffee pods. Considering the hotel has a virtual concierge, they were quite quick to make it happen. The only negatives were the internal temperature of the room, our thermostat was unresponsive to change the temperature with the remote. It was very cold but I would rather have that than too warm. The hallways and our room could have used a more thorough cleaning of the floors. Overall we would definitely stay here again and we do recommend the La Maison Kent. Thank you for your hospitality!

A beautiful property. My suite had ample room and its beautifully detailed decor was fantastic. Since there is no personalized check-in, I found all communications on obtaining the key was easy, though it would have been nice to speak to someone for basic questions. Its location was ideal from which to make my daily touring.

The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Check-in could have been a little cumbersome but Mohamed from the coffee shop was very helpful. Our room was not available when we arrived around 4:00 pm and we had to wait about half an hour to have it cleaned. Management graciously gave us a partial refund as compensation. Location, location, location - very convenient to shopping, restaurants, Le Chateau Frontenac, and bus connections.
