We stayed here twice and had a great stay both times. Location, location, location - the apartments are close to everything needed for a great vacation. I'd just suggest that visitors bring dish washing materials and coffee filters (basket) if you want to make coffee. Comfy beds, fantastic pool and really wonderful staff. We hope to stay here again.

Even though we had purchased a two bedroom suite to fit our family of 5, there were only two towels, no soap for washing dishes in the kitchen sink, no trash bags for collecting trash (which the manager told us we need to do and dispose of ourselves). The couch with pull out bed was very dirty, old, and worn to the point that the staff had covered the couch with a sheet before we got there to hide it. The back door to the patio was broken, the shower drain didn't drain well. When we used the shower, we were standing in 3 inches of water the whole time. The room, especially the fridge had a really odd smell which wasn't pleasant to be in at all. The best thing about this place is that the pool was very nice, and the garden area around the pool was pretty well maintained. The buildings overall need a lot of updates and care. We came during the rainy season (mid October) and we were happy with the pool condition even after it rained with so many trees around. However we would hesitate to stay here again especially during the rainy season because the sewer line on the street outside the hotel was overflowing and flowing into the street which made the whole area stink really bad. That's something that the hotel management may not be able to fix since it's outside of their property. The staff wasn't available in the evenings to help with anything. It's more run like an AirBnb vs. a regular hotel. There's not staff on site 24-7.

Our 2nd stay

We stayed here about a 6 months ago, was a good stay in a nice quiet clean room. This time we paid more for their best "Superior" room, first one was simply gross with handprints and fingerprints on the walls and switches. Room looked unmaintained. So we had them move us, ended up in a newer cleaner room, same room as 6 months prior but this time we had paid more. The text number they guve for contact stopped answering back when I asked for an explanation. Internet also didn’t work in both rooms and the pool was milky and literally falling apart (a number of kids were playing by finding tiles and had piles of them). Wont go back again...

Quick stop with family

-My family stayed for one night. -The hotel let us check in at noon as we had to check out of our previous accomodation by 1100. -The lady that was working while we were there was super helpful and very kind to us. -We enjoyed the pool. My child LOVED the pool, he had so much fun in there. -We had to check out before 0330 in the morning as we had an early flight to catch. That part was a little bit of a hassle...we could not use the gate near our room as they keep the gates locked from 2100-0900, so we had to take all of our luggage to the main gate through the brick sidewalks and cobble stone. It was quite noisy, possibly woke up other guests. -The location was good, close to a lot of places to eat and shop. -I would stay again.

Family meeting stay.

Stay was good. Good service. Only thing was no kitchen sink stopper that work to keep water in. And Tv was only Mexican, could finger out how to change to English but did get stingray English music. It was only a 2 day stay so it was ok. Will stay again.

There is no restaurant on site even though it says there is one in the description of the hotel. No one working at front desk EVER! The only communication was with Whats App. Messages were replied to but it was inconvenient. No housekeeping services unless you pay for them. This was not what we expected. It was an apartment style rental that seems to be set up for more of a long term rental situation. We felt secure no issues there. There are also many gate entrances however those are only for long term guests so added a lot of unnecessary steps to your room. I wouldn't say don't stay here but be prepared for a very underwhelming stay! We never used to pool so can't speak to that.

When I arrived there was no one to greet me. Two lovely couples from Saskatchewan helped me out until the manager showed up. The unit itself was fine but not very well stocked. You start off with one roll of toilet paper and nothing to wash dishes with - I had to purchase my own. Not much in the way of cutlery or glassware but I was by myself so it wasn’t too traumatic. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and the size of the pool was good too. Would I go there again? Maybe because I know what to expect and if the price was right.

this is more of an apartment building than hotel. The three of us were given only one set of keys, and that included to only one gate, so coming and going was often very inconvenient. We were locked out initially and there was no one to greet us even though we arrived before 6 PM we never checked in or checked out; just talked to a security guard.

It was overall a great stay. The room was great and quiet but missing a few tiny details like a wastebasket for the kitchen and i had to find an ignition source to light the stove. But the staff was helpful when they could understand me and overall i would recommend this place!

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Honestly, when we rolled up, we were skeptical. We glt walked half way in, even more skeptical. Didnt realise at that pount we were at an unrenovated potion of the property. Go to out building, was nice, inside was great, service was great, everything was great! Ill admit, property could use a little more care and pool need sa re-tile. But overall, very sstisfied! Our family wouod hapily stay again for a day, week, month or year!!!!

Stay away from this hotel.

Was not possible to get cleaned up properly as the shower had barely any water coming out. This is an old ran down place in bad part of town. Jorge and staff were very nice but this hotel is hopeless and dont even have a front desk open at all. Stay far away if you want to enjoy your vacation. We left on day 4 of 10 and still hoping for some kind of a refund.
