Rooms are a great size and clan and bright. The staff is extremely friendly and food is high quality. Ville del Palmar is a welcoming resort with friendly atmosphere and great value. The location is excellent and great access to downtown.

Front desk was dysfunctional. The way they handled issues was just by pushing you through to another phone line that never answered. They were doing construction and dust was going through the AC units. I got bronchitis the day after I got there and because I was so sick I wanted to get a lounger on my patio so I could spend some time but their way of dealing with that request was to not deal with it at all and never get back to me with a response. I will never go back to this resort again.

The resort and the room were clean. The resort is dated , needs renovation. Kitchen had everything you need. People were keeping towels on all the chairs around the pool and the beach even before the sun was up at 7:45am. The resort was cashless you could only use a credit card. Beach was ok, water nice and warm but murky / sandy could not see through it. Sand very deep and soft under water and very uneven from the waves. Not safe for children. Location was good, walking distance to Costco, grocery store Soriano and restaurants.

Very old hotel, everything extra no water supplied besides the first night. Hard to get a lounge chair everyday as people with memberships reserved chairs as early as 6am. Staff where good, very little amenities, very clean but very old buildings chairs in lobby almost thread bare. Surprised at the costs of everything since my last visit. Would not recommend Villa del Palmer and have spoken to others that feel the same way. Half the resort is vacant and ready to be torn down.
