This is a timeshare resort, So you have to play that dance. But if you get past the whole trying to be sold on a timeshare thing. This hotel was not the newest or most luxurious. But it checks a lot of boxes. We got the junior suite which came with a kitchenette. Dinning and shopping options on site and right off site. Nice pool and cheap and handy cab rides any where in PV. Staff was great, except for the time share thing. I did get trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes and had to have our shower repaired during our stay. Which, for an older hotel…. The property has a section fenced off and not being used.

We had to move 3 times to get the black mold issue dealt with in our room. This wasted 1.5 days of our vacation and was stressful. A promise was made to clean our room and it wasn’t done. The staff are very friendly and they are doing their best to keep an old building clean. The poor ventilation from the AC is causing the mold issue.

A nice example of a fairly well maintained hotel, with great staff, beach access and access to public transport if you’re inclined. Bed was too soft for me but fine for my wife. Overall pretty great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was a great spot to relax, and the overall facilities were top-notch. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service - despite the hotel's international clientele, I never felt like I was treated differently as a local. The staff's warm and attentive approach made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It's truly one of the best experiences I've had en Puerto Vallarta.

It was great. This is our third time. (Probably our last) We would appreciate if the sales efforts could be less invasive. I did not appreciate my phone ringing several times throughout the days prior to arrival. Even when I said we did not transportation nor excursions the efforts did not stop. We only had two full days to relax so we were not wanting to do anything.
