The staff at the Westin was a prime example of the service standard found in Mariott. We only stayed 4 days but days one we already felt like family. Our room was made every day without request. Breakfast on the beach was perfect. The Westin in the Marina which offers plenty of fine dinging and shopping. Our short stay was perfect.

We had an incredible time at the Westin Resort and Spa in Puerto Vallarta and look forward to returning when it transitions to an all-inclusive. From the moment Ricardo greeted us upon arrival to the moment our housekeeper Margarita wished us a good trip home, every single staff member we encountered was fantastic. Without a doubt, this is the best treatment I've received at any hotel or resort I've visited in over 50 years of travelling. As a bonus, it was nice to stay at the resort where one of my favorite Apple TV shows was filmed: Acapulco!
