The staff were all lovely. You can tell the place is well managed. But I was in a basement suite and it was expensive more than $1500 for two nights. The room smelled like mildew and the carpets were frayed and a fall risk especially if getting up during the night. I guess I just expected more from the room itself.

Beautiful resort and views. Friendly staff, great service. We were particularly happy to see the staff approach a guest and stop them from smoking a cigarette. This alone makes us want to come back again!

Everything was very nice. The room was nice. The people were nice. However, there was construction going on the pool bar was not available. The gym was not available as were certain other amenities. We should’ve been alerted by the hotel staff of this before our trip given some type of credit or at least given a free mail or something.

The room was very clean, staff was friendly & pool was not too busy. We experienced a lot of noise being the first room on 3 off the mall. Next door was noisy at times too. Not sure about how we like the intent to move to an all inclusive as we like various restaurants in the harbor.

Cons: The room was average yet priced as luxury. There were only 2 small drawers for our belongings which wasn't enough. Our slider door to the balcony never closed completely therefore letting in mosquitos. By the time we started getting bit we were settled and we didn't want to move. The shower didn't drain quickly so you were standing in water most of the time. Some people may not know the hotel is under construction with lots of noise during the day right by the pools. Not ideal! Pros: The staff was nice and accomodating. The location was only 10 minutes from the airport. Overall, I wouldnt go back or recommend.

The room was very clean the staff amazing only disappointment was that the Resturant for buffet was closed and no buffet for dinner and the expense was pricy for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and on our first full day there the wait staff at pool bar was very slow we waited 1 hour and never got our final bill to sign so we went to our room assuming they would call us for signature instead the next day we were scolded and embarrassed in front of other guest for not signing our bill we explained and he said I was very busy but we waited until 6:30 pool was already pretty much empty otherwise we will most likely be back next year! What I most love is 2 of your bell men remember us from last year ❤️
