Great staff, nice room in the new building. Original building could use some paint etc. beef and pork was tough in Italian restaurant. They could slow cook meat all day to make it more tender, otherwise a wonderful experience!

Elevators had a mind of their own. Wait staff consistently forgot drinks, food, etc. food at the Italian restaurant wasn’t cooked. Had to send two dishes back. Loud construction during the week. Hot tubs were luke warm.

Employees are the best I have seen in any resort and I have been in many. Customer service desk and bell boys know everyone by name snd are very helpful. Waiters around the pool are outstanding. They were always available to order and were bringing our order very quick. The waitress and bar tenders at the lobby bar are supper attentive. Rooms are nice and clean with great ocean view. Food is very good and changing every day. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of security team. During our 6 days there all valuables of the people seatng around the pools closer to the beach were stolen twice (3 days apart). Second time my daughter’s new phone was stolen. I can not say it for sure, but it looks like the robbers work hand in hand with the security team hired by the hotel. There are no cameras to cover the line between the beach and hotel property, no security people watching for strangers and also no interest by the security management to even talk to the people robbed. It is a small area and very easy to secure it. If you go there, keep anything of value with you at all times

The best service, the only thing is I didn’t not like how they are very insistent on sealing time shares . It wasted a lot of time from our getaway to RELAX. Otherwise the place is amazing grate service.

If you are looking for a true All inclusive then this is not the place. Totally avoid it. They got three restaurants Only.. with two Italian and one having fixed menu. Their 24/7 is an eyewash, and is not truly 24hrs. Their coffee is always from a vending machine and is total crap. Poorly stocked. We never got coffee worth drinkable for our entire stay of 6 days. No buffet, it’s always al la carte. Staff is not polite, looks overworked and expect tips else poor service. They would know your ability to tip and based of that depends your service for rest of the days. Hardly 10 shacks on the beach.. no service on the beach, no shade services. No bar menu, drinks lack alcohol (am not an avid drinker and still felt that drinks never had enough juice) They give you champagne bottle in room but no glasses to drink in. At checkout, we were told that this is a quiet property and no fanfare or celebrations of any types and they made sure they stand by it. We have stayed at other properties in cabos , cancun and big contrast for all inclusive . Long story short, not worth the money, pay a little more and atleast get good treatment and feel satisfied… but not here.

This resort was really relaxing. We were in the new section of the resort and on the Pent House level. The room was amazing. All rooms are ocean view so not a bad view to be had. The food was ok. Everthing was order off a menu except a couple nights were buffet. The breakfast in the morning had a buffet in one location but it was not as fresh as the made to order. The one thing that was disappointing was after every meal, all inclusive or not, you had to sign off on the items you received. The down fall to that was it took forever most times for the waiter to bring the bill. The waiters around the pool did an amazing job. You really never had to order they just kept bringing you refills. Food around the pool was really good too. There were no pool activities except black jack or water aerobics. I always liked water volleyball and other fun pool activities at the other resorts. Gave you something fun to watch even if you didn't participate. Over all this resort was relaxing however definitely no nightlife here. The shows were very mundane.

Customer service is excellent here! Great little resort, not fancy but good value for what you pay. Food was good, everything was clean, the staff were all so friendly. Need to be up earlier to get a pool chair.

Staff were mostly great, and attentive. The two biggest thumbs down for us were: 1) if you get a room on the second floor, you might be in for a late night raccoon gang party. They get in the vents right above the room ceiling and go absolutely nuts, right about when you’re in your deep sleep and will not stop even if you bang on the ceiling. We had to switch rooms after two out of six nights of our stay were impacted by this. 2) the hot tubs, both of them, were not hot during our stay

The staff were wonderful! The resort had a lot of friendly people from the staff to the other guests. The food was awesome and we definitely can’t praise the staff enough. Would definitely recommend and come back!
