Bugs in the beds. No instructions for the air conditioner or TV. Only two working electrical outlets. The walls were thin enough to hear our neighbors talking. Towels are old and ratty. The dresser drawers were very loud when pulling them out. The hotel staff were fine.

That's a really nice place to stay. Staff are very polite, friendly, professional. My room was very clean and comfy. Food in the restaurant was also good, pretty big choice and always fresh. The hotel has a perfect location in Marina.

Yes, the large room was clean and i found the mattress comfortable but lacking soap, only one little bar, no hand towel. Beautiful property! And great location! The hotel is lacking key cards and ice. The price has doubled since covid - why??? The staff were kind and friendly. A proper and another buggy to transport luggage is needed!

It was difficult to get a poolside lounge chair, some without cushions! Place was dirty. Nice gardens though. Had to wait until 4 pm to get a room, and out at 11. Had to change rooms - first one was impossible. Bed mattress was very old and gave me a back ache for days. Most of staff were helpful, especially Pedro who changed our room, but the TV there never worked either. Great location in the Marina. The storage areas in room were nailed shut. Why? Will not be returning. Barbara
