Casa Chevere is your Romantic Zone home and offers this super fun, 3rd floor, Romantic Zone three bedroom, three bathroom, ocean and city view suite that has a wonderful location right by all the tourist treats and all the local eats.

This suite is extremely comfortable. Each bedroom comes with its own very clean bathroom, has high end bedding, black out curtains, AC, and smart devices. Two of the bedrooms come with the option of one king size bed or two individual beds while the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has new furniture and is extremely bright. The kitchen is complete with nice appliances. and all the extras There is a dining room table for 8 and a private balcony offers up outstanding ocean and city views for coffee in the AM and margaritas in the PM..

The location of this three bedroom suite is equally as impressive. We are just around the corner from all the best eating, drinking, shopping, and beaches yet we are fortunate to be able to offer quiet nights. We truly have the best of both worlds!

We also offer a courtesy roof top, continental breakfast that is served from 7:30am - 10:30am that you will enjoy. Breakfast is closed on Tuesday. Last but not least we offer attractive group discounts on private Puerto Vallarta tours for groups of four or more.

Amazing Rental

Michael is such a phenomenonal host, was incredibly accommodating in the check in and check out. The unit is amazing, and couldn't offer a beeter location that's close to the action, but far enough away that it's calm. If you don't mine the 3 story walk up this is the place to stay!

Terrific nightlife location

This little condo is great for accessing nightlife -- it's really good in that regard. A couple of blocks, and you're in the thick of it. Just be prepared for 3 flights of stairs. We are all strong and fit guys, so the stairs are fine. But they might be hard for some folks. The corner outside the building is pretty gritty -- there's an impromptu landfill that homeless folks are forever rifling through, which is sad to witness. Part of life, but it's heartbreaking nevertheless.We found the unit itself to be both charming and quirky. The floors were not particularly clean, and the base of each of the toilets was filthy. And there is no cookware, as in not a single pot, pan, skillet or kettle in the kitchen, which is strange. So don't plan to cook or even heat water in that unit. But if great nightlife access is what you're after, book it! It really is great for that purpose.
