The amenities were fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious. The activities were a lot of fun. The room was comfortable. The pool and beach were convenient. Best of all, I enjoyed the staff that was there. They were very courteous and did their best to make the experience a great one for my family. Gabriela who manages the front was very professional and attentive. Everyone worked so hard and I had the best time. This was my first trip to an all-inclusive resort as my family always usually travels to Hawaii for warm vacations but this experience was fantastic and opened my eyes to the buzz about Mexico. Great value and I highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back.

The Beach view is very beautiful! The restaurants were very good with great service. Accommodation for 24 hour room service was great! Spa was great as well, very relaxing. Staff very curious. All inclusive is a big plus!! The only thing that I rated down is the bathroom had an odor that was very strong and made the room have a terrible Oder. I mentioned it twice to the front desk but was not resolved. It may not have been something they did not have a solution for. Thanks for make our trip a good one😌

Only one elevator in our building worked. Too many inflatable devices in the pools. Jacuzzi’s weren’t heated. Eating and drinking IN THE POOL should be prohibited. no one wants to see floating taco chips in the pool. Drinking water was not automatically replaced in the mini bar. Had to call room service for WATER.room not cleaned until late in the day. By then we’re back in the room. Not staffed properly for the number of guest. Food has greatly improved from last stay. So that is a plus. Most of the people working there were extremely nice. But the hotel makes them put their hand over their heart when they greet you. Made me feel like they were part of some cult. It’s not a Mexican thing. Probably saw that in move.

Absolutely excellent services and staff. Beach views are amazing. Blaze was out favorite spot for dinner so as Italian. We liked the pool next to Tortuga bar . Rafael and Israel were the best at that area. Fast and excellent services ! Israel was supper attentive and friendly. I would recommend Hyatt Ziva to everyone if you want to experience amazing resort. Room was always clean and fresh ! :) we will be back !

The spa was great, we had a couples massage done by Flor and Francisco which was amazing. The food was good and our room fridge was stocked with soda, beer and water. Angel at the buffet was very attentive and accommodating. Will be returning soon.

We stayed here at the end of September through the beginning of October and absolutely loved it! Our weather forecast showed rain every day, but it only rained two nights and didn’t affect our stay at all. Since it was off-season, the resort was much quieter, which we actually preferred, it made the whole experience feel more relaxing and private. The location was perfect, secluded just outside of town with its own private beach. The ocean was so warm and calm that we ended up spending more time there than at the pool. The service from the staff was truly unforgettable, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special, and it’s one of the main reasons we can’t wait to come back. Overall, it was such a peaceful and memorable getaway that exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely return during this time of year again!
