Clean place with a great ambience to it. AC works great. Staff were helpful and polite. Be aware that it is at the top of a long walk over stairs, but there is a funicular/lift that is available.

Everything was great except for one thing. Too many steps. This is not the place if you are handicapped! If you have trouble negotiating steps it’s difficult. Staff however will help you bring your bags to and from your room. The staff were excellent.
