The space
This two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse sits in Las Verandas, a quiet building in the Amapas hillside just south of the Romantic Zone. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fill the living room with light and open onto the veranda. The living room has comfortable seating and a smart TV.

The veranda
The large private veranda is the heart of the home, with views of the ocean, Los Muertos Pier and the Sierra Madre mountains. It has lounge seating, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

Kitchen
A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and bar seating for four.

Bedrooms
The primary suite has a king bed, ocean views, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and good closet space, with the second full bathroom next door.

In the penthouse
Air conditioning, fast WiFi, a washer and dryer, a safe, linens and towels. One housekeeping service is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

The rooftop
The rooftop has a heated infinity-edge lap pool with views of the bay, city and mountains, a sun deck and shaded lounge areas, a BBQ and dining area, an air-conditioned multipurpose room, and bathrooms with outdoor showers. The building has an elevator.

Location
Sapphire Beach Club is about a 7-minute walk, Mantamar about 10 minutes, and Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone restaurants, bars and galleries about 15 minutes on foot. Free guest parking is available outside the building.

Good to know
Las Verandas is an adult-oriented community. Per condominium rules, all guests must be 18 or older. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
