Private, quiet, secure. Beautiful townhouse style villa in Marina Vallarta surrounded by tropical foliage and yachts. Prestigious Isla Iguana has double security gates manned 24/7. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. Spacious deck has patio furniture for 6 to dine outside under shade umbrella, plus gas BBQ grill. Living and dining rooms are tastefully decorated in regional artwork. Kitchen is fully appointed with everything needed for groups of 6 to cook, dine and enjoy; equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a variety of dishes, cutlery, and cookware.

Restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short 5 to 10 minute walk through your private access gate on to the boardwalk. Isla Iguana is only a 7 minute drive from the airport and 15 minute drive to old town.

There is a generous common area with a large salt water pool with ample lounge chairs surrounded by palm trees. Poolside BBQ grills are available with umbrella tables and chairs for your enjoyment.

Villa has full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for all your clothing needs. Bathrooms come stocked with full complement of towels, body washes and shampoos.

Location is perfect with so much to love about this condo

If you’re looking for a perfect location, close to downtown, the Marina, and the airport - this is the place to stay. It also has a beautiful view, is roomy, very safe - gated with great security, and beautiful grounds. The condo itself has comfortable and roomy bedrooms with lots of great common space. My only criticism is the main bedroom is on the 3rd floor & the amount of stairs are a pain. Also, the experience would be all that much better if some simple things were provided: a broom and dust pan, more towels, everyday spices such as sugar and essentials, and lastly the TV in the main bedroom should have a way to stream as well as a wifi booster. A few more of the little things for those staying at this place would make it a 5 star!
