Perfect unit! Naya host not good & In 2 weeks I heard other negativity.Great Ocean view! Side road view. Some activity & crowing roosters at night but AC muted it. CONSTRUCTION next door 7am to 7pm. I was not given complete entry instructions...so Emails back and forth & it took 25 minutes to enter unit. Too late to go for groceries & didn't have enough drinking water for the night. Sheets had stains, hair & did not look fresh washed...No spare sheets in condo so I emailed host 9pm, no reply till 2PM NEXT afternoon. They emailed then immediately entered my condo without my consent to change the sheets. I had slept on a blanket & had washed the sheets that morning.I loved it there so requested a quote to stay an extra 6 nights. I was trying to clarify the extra amount on emails & I was VERY CLEARLY asking them to CONFIRM the amount but they just processed payment without consent...And it was 200CDN higher than my quote. At my outrage host did reverse the amount quickly. The next day I wasted going back and forth to condo office trying to regain trust. Strange activity so the bank locked my credit card...more wasted time.For all my problems, I asked for one night free but No. When I asked for 2 hour delay checkout the initially asked 25USD but agreed to 1.5hrs free.Unit needs a "What to know book. Everything in unit works great. Amazing pools. Immaculate facility. Great beach and swimming. Ride the bus or use DIDI app. Would return but not with Naya as host.
