BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have rain shower heads and are fully stocked with quality bath, beach, hand, and face towels.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful designer granite countertops and top-tier stainless steel appliances. A full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher are at your disposal.

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
