Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication.

Quaint hotel whose manager and staff that go above and beyond to make sure stay pleasant. The apartments are impeccable as is the entire property. Short walk to the plaza and beach. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Eden!

Perfect stay in Puerto Morelos

Great, fast friendly check in. Room was spotless and spacious. Amenities were everything we hoped for including 5 gal. Of filtered water. We enjoyed a quiet nights rest. Overall a great stay and recommend highly.

The property is very basic and we were prepared for this, however there were problems with it. The towels were not changed in the 5 days we stayed there (I think this is the same for the towels). The shower only had cold water and the shower head was awful too. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, ordering is a can when needed and arranging transport to/from the airport

I were arrived to Cancun of Mexico of Puerto Morelos for dental trip. I were very lucky to find Studio Hotel apartment as Eden! And guess what I extended here two more weeks! How comfortable is it! Very well managed, stuff is Great they are responding to all your requests and needs! Rooms is very spacious, cotton nice sheets, about 15 pillows in the slipping area! Is Clean and Fresh! Hot water with good pressure, toilet is flashing good! Beach just crossing one street as 2 minutes away! Kitchen with all supplies as tea pot, plates, big refrigerator and etc., Super market 8 minutes away by walking distance! Front desk people is awesome very responsive and friendly! Towels all the time is available, as kitchen soap as well! I recommend this place to everyone!

Eden was perfect for us.

Eden was a perfect apartment setting. Our apartment was spotless and the customer service was outstanding. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the basic tools we needed. We can not wait to go back.

Great location, simple but clean

The stay was great, the place was clean and staff was friendly. The only bad part was the water pressure, which is basically nonexistent. But the location is great, and definitely can't beat the price.

We loved this place! A very spacious, immaculately clean apartment with separate bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with comfortable seating. Hotel Eden is in an excellent location only 2 blocks from the beach and a 7 minute walk to the main square & Chedraui shopping market. We enjoyed sitting on the small outside terrace, in the cool late afternoon breeze. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Great value hotel

Booked this hotel for our last week at PR. Quiet neighbourhood despite the construction across the street. Very clean rooms. Great housekeeping. Front desk extremely helpful even providing us beach chairs.
