"The entertainment was the highlight of the trip l. I will give them 100/100 - everyone ensured we had fun. The room upgrades were okay, I was jo very impressed but I enjoyed it. The rooms very very clean and housekeeping did a great job at it. We had an incident that left a very bad taste in my mouth. We went to dinner one day at one of the buffets and we were all covered up, but we were told we needed to go change. We had coverups and we were not even wet. When we came back to eat, we noticed how multiple families were still in their pool attires and wet and were allowed to sit. This made me very upset, requested a call from the GM, never got a call. We were told that those families had complained and let in on their beach wet attire. It was highly upsetting specially bc my kids were hungry, and we were told to go change, while other guest were allowed in. "

"This general area is a hidden gem away from the "all-inclusive party atmosphere!" I hope it stays this way!! The hotel has so many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel bed was very comfortable. The beach is very clean and well maintained!! The hotel itself has only one restaurant but the food was great. And great beach service!"

"Very good value; would return for sure. Property facing ocean from almost anywhere. Food variety and quality is great. The beach isn't amazing in terms of access (a smallish bay with flat rock entry, followed by nice sand as soon as you enter, though) but we grew to like the swim area, despite it not being expansive sandy beach. Decent snorkelling there, too. Entertainment was top class and many games and activities available. Signing out ocean equipment was not easy, it was time limited and at inconvenient times. Overall, we had a very relaxing and engaged stay, loved it!"
