Three separate bedrooms give everyone a private place to recharge, while the living room, dining area, and full kitchen create inviting spaces to reconnect throughout the stay.

Start the morning at your own pace with complimentary Lavazza or Starbucks coffee. Prepare breakfast in the full kitchen, gather around the dining table, and plan the day together before heading out.

Step outside and much of Downtown Providence is within easy reach. Walk to PPAC, restaurants, cafés, the Riverwalk, Rhode Island Convention Center, and Amica Mutual Pavilion. Brown University, RISD, JWU, and Providence's major hospitals are all just minutes away.

After a day exploring the city, visiting campus, attending a show, or working downtown, come back to your own living room. Watch TV, enjoy takeout, relax over drinks, or simply spend time together before everyone settles into their own bedroom for the night.

The fully equipped kitchen gives you flexibility during a multi-night stay. Keep drinks and snacks on hand, make breakfast before heading out, or enjoy an easy dinner at home when you want a quieter evening.

Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings much easier when traveling together. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and full-size Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided, helping everyone pack a little lighter.
An in-unit washer and dryer adds another layer of convenience for stays of several days. Refresh clothes whenever needed, while fast WiFi makes it easy to work, study, stream, or stay connected between plans.

This 3-bedroom configuration is part of a larger home. Two additional bedrooms remain securely locked and are not included in your reservation. All areas shown as part of this listing are exclusively for your group, and there are no shared indoor spaces during your stay.

Paid public parking is available nearby. We recommend the garage at 75 Clifford Street, approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Parking is typically around $20 per 24 hours and often less for shorter stays. Once you're parked, much of Downtown Providence can be enjoyed on foot.

The home is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs.

As with any lively downtown neighborhood, occasional city activity may be heard. Blackout curtains and complimentary earplugs are provided for added comfort.
