Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance to downtown RI.
