I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn Pawtucket to anyone traveling to Providence, RI. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible from the frontdesk, housekeeping to the kitchen staff. Hampton Inn Pawtucket is not too far from the RI Convention Center. You can either drive there or take the bus to Providence. I did not get the opportunity to walk around or see the neighborhood but would like to come back and explore the area.

"As always" staff is excellent, hotel and room are very well maintained. I did not make it to breakfast this stay. I left very early because it was hard to sleep in your uncomfortable beds. This is the second time i checked out of a Hampton Inn during the middle of the night. I've stayed at several Hampton Inns in past couple of years. Same experience at all of them. Your mattresses are awful. Everything else is great but it doesnt do me any good if i cant get any sleep.....

For the price this hotel is definitely 5 stars. Clean, upgraded, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind—especially Stacy. The continental breakfast was amazing. The hot food was different on the two mornings we ate. The omelette the first day was delicious! My only small complaint was that the sliding door to the bathroom didn’t slide well and was noisy, which was hard when we had our boys asleep in the room and we were trying to block out the light from the bathroom while we showered or got ready for bed. But overall highly recommend this location.

The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable. We loved the convenience of in-house FULL breakfast. The staff went out of their way to give us a room on the first floor next to an outside door where we could park. We will stay at this property again.
