The Space:

Welcome to your Prescott getaway! Located in the Yavapai Hills community, this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath home combines beautiful mountain views with a convenient location between Prescott and Prescott Valley.



Large sliding doors connect the main living area to the outdoor deck, creating a comfortable indoor-outdoor space for relaxing with family and friends.



Living Area:

The inviting living room features comfortable seating and a large HDTV where guests can log into their preferred streaming services. Wi-Fi, board games, puzzles and cards are provided for relaxing evenings at home.



Please note that the indoor fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.



Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas and includes an oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, utensils, BBQ tools and basic spices and oils are provided for preparing meals at home.



Primary Bedroom:

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, closet space and private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.



Second Bedroom:

The second bedroom features two full-size beds and an attached bathroom.



Additional Sleeping Space:

A double-size sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations.



Bathrooms:

The home features two bathrooms, including a private bathroom for each bedroom. Bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer are provided.



Outdoor Living:

One of the highlights of the home is the spacious deck overlooking the surrounding mountain scenery. Enjoy your morning coffee outside, fire up the propane grill for dinner or relax around the fire pit as the sun goes down.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and laundry pods are provided.

Guest Access:

The garage is locked and reserved for owner or management use and is not accessible to guests.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Prescott and the surrounding area.



The home's central location provides convenient access to Downtown Prescott, Prescott Valley, Lynx Lake and Prescott National Forest. Restaurants, shopping and everyday necessities are also just a short drive away.

Outdoor decks and furniture are cleaned between stays. Because of Northern Arizona's changing seasons, wind, pollen and native vegetation, some natural outdoor debris may accumulate between cleanings.

Parties and smoking are not permitted at the property.
