We were a family of 6. Towels for four we had to ask for additional. Which happened the last time we stayed. That time they gave us pool towels. So we had to wait she had to go look to see if they had any clean ones. While at the counter a man asked a question after he left they laughed at him. I got down the hall I heard them laughing i wouldn’t be surprised if they were laughing at me. Later we were going to set u the sofa bed , no bedding, again had to ask for something that should have already been the room. We usually go to the hotel doe the street but they were booked. Very disappointed

The hotel receptionist had a long line of people to check in under stressful conditions. The hotel system and printers were down and yet she was able to get people checked in expediently. It took longer than usual, but that wasn’t her fault. I commend her work ethic and maintaining a good attitude. The room was clean and very suitable to our needs. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel location was only 1-2 minutes away from the famous Whiskey Row in historic downtown Prescott. We will return.

Afrer checking in we went to our room and it smelled horrible. It gave me an instant headache. Someone had smoked something in that room even though it was supposedly non smoking. I told the front desk and they immediately put an ozone machine in the room and gave us a new room. But in the new room the comforters on the beds had stains and the carpet was stained. This room smelled like mildew, but it was better than the other one. The next day the elevator broke and was stil not working when we left, so we had to haul luggage down the stairs. One of the nights we came back to the hotel and there was a couple sitting in the parking lot on lawn chairs smoking weed and had a stereo playing some weird hippie music. We were a little concerned about leaving our car parked there. It was nothing like the pictures on the internet. We definitely won't be staying there again.

This was definitely an older hotel. A lot of light coming in the curtains at night. Strong cleaning smells chemical smells. Not a very good breakfast. Would probably not book again.
