After visiting Prescott many times and staying in vacation rentals throughout the area, we noticed something was often missing: a genuine focus on the guest experience. From investing thousands of dollars in a quality master bedroom mattress to carefully selecting furnishings and continually upgrading our amenities, we’ve worked hard to create a comfortable, well-equipped home that we’re proud to share. You won’t find garage-sale furniture or worn-out mattresses here! We want you to enjoy the little things that make a big difference, and our guest reviews reflect that commitment.

An Ideal Location Near Downtown Prescott

Enjoy the best of Prescott while staying in a quiet, private neighborhood just a quick jaunt from the beautiful Courthouse Square and historic Whiskey Row.

You'll also find a Mexican restaurant, a sandwich shop, and a bowling alley within easy walking distance. Need a little entertainment for the kids — or perhaps a little time to yourselves? The bowling alley is only about a two-minute walk away!

And don't forget to keep an eye out for our local wildlife. Deer and javelina are frequent visitors to the neighborhood. If you're hoping to catch a glimpse, step outside quietly and keep your eyes open. You never know when nature might make an appearance!

Our fully enclosed, securely padlocked backyard is designed for relaxing, playing, and enjoying Prescott's beautiful weather.

Whether you're grilling dinner, unwinding around the fire pit, or letting the kids and pets burn off some energy, the backyard offers plenty of room to enjoy your time together.

Comforts & Amenities for a Carefree Stay

We've worked hard to make this home as comfortable and convenient as possible, with thoughtful amenities for families, couples, and groups.

Inside the home, you'll enjoy:

Central heating and air conditioning throughout the house
A dedicated laundry room
A separate office space with a printer
A game room featuring a cast-iron, wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings
Smart TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and family room
Access to Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and other streaming apps using your own accounts
Up to five off-street parking spaces, with the possibility of accommodating more vehicles

Firewood delivery is available for an additional fee. Please let us know before arrival if you'd like wood provided. For everyone's safety, the wood-burning stove in the front room is available for use, but the fireplace in the back room must not be used for fires.

Please note: EV charging is not permitted on the property.

Spacious Bedrooms for Up to 8 Guests

A great night's sleep is an important part of any vacation, and we've made comfort a priority.

Master bedroom: A king-size bed with USB fast-charging stations on the bedside tables.
Guest bedroom 1: A comfortable queen-size bed.
Guest bedroom 2: A bunk bed featuring two queen-size mattresses.

The home accommodates up to eight overnight guests, making it a great option for families and groups of friends traveling together.

To help keep our nightly rates affordable for smaller groups, an additional charge of $15 per person applies to groups of more than four guests.

Traveling With Your Four-Legged Family Members?

We love welcoming pets! If you're bringing your furry family members, a pet cleaning fee applies. We provide food and water bowls to help make their stay more comfortable.

With the enclosed backyard, dedicated dog run, and dog door, your pets can enjoy a little vacation of their own, too. Please help us keep the property clean and comfortable for all our guests.

A Few Important House Guidelines

We want every guest to have a wonderful stay while helping us maintain the quality, comfort, and affordability of the property.

Guest count and visitors

The home is intended for the guests included in your reservation. If you'd like to have additional visitors who won't be staying overnight, please let us know in advance how many people you plan to have over. Additional guest charges may apply, and we monitor occupancy to ensure compliance with our house rules.

Additional overnight guests

Our maximum occupancy is eight guests. Reservations for more than four guests incur an additional $15 per person charge to help cover increased utilities, cleaning, and household supplies, as well as additional wear and tear.

If your group size may change or you're unsure how many people will ultimately stay, please reach out before booking. We're happy to discuss your circumstances and work with you whenever possible.

Personal mail and address use

For security and property-management reasons, personal mail cannot be delivered to the property, and the address may not be used for personal or business purposes.

Respecting the home

We continually invest in improvements and amenities to make this a special place to stay. We appreciate guests who treat the home, furnishings, and outdoor spaces with care so future visitors can enjoy them, too.
