"Room was clean and towels were changed on a daily basis even the bed spread. The man at front desk on my first day was a little grumpy. I had requested for an early room check in at 11. He sent me away and said to come back an hour or so later around 12. When I got back, he said did you call the hotel, I said no I didn't hear you say that. He asked me to take a seat. About 1-2 minutes later he said come ma'am. Your room is ready. But not at all in a friendly or pleasing manner. He did not ruin my stay if it wasn't for him everything would have been amazing!"

"Really loved the setup of the room, with the bedroom being separate from the living space. Only complaint was the bathroom door did not lock and they were very stingy with the towels. We had 5 people and they would only give us 4 bath towels, nothing else. The pool was a bit cold but the kids still enjoyed it."

"The room was clean and spacious and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel grounds were clean and well kept also. We attended the Opry and arrived back at the hotel late and there were police patrolling the area, even driving throughthe parking lot. We felt very safe and comfortable even late at night. We will definitely stay here from now on when we attend the Opry or anything in that area!"

"The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice. They are pet friendly and they were also friendly to our pets. He stayed here two nights and then we had car trouble and had to come back and stay another night. The only thing I would say was a better breakfast a better variety of breakfast we were there three mornings and two breakfasts repeated."
