The hotel was close to our final destination and dining options. We liked that. The room was nice but it seems like there isn't an inspection before the room is rented. We had to call down for light bulbs to be replaced and the refrigerator really did not work well. Also the towels were a bit rough and thin. Those were the only detractions from the stay.

Our room was very spacious with large tv screen. Well located to Opryland and minutes to downtown. Cracker Barrel , Bob Evans and McDonald's right there. Breakfast was ok.

Close proximity to Opryland entertainment. Was able to attend Dance Test and return on foot. Check in staff very helpful. A few of the rooms fixtures and fittings could do with a refresh. Parking and breakfast was good.

Very helpful! We wanted to head to Lower Broadway, they were full of great info. Had a shuttle that took us there and back for a small fee. Breakfast was great too.

This was a dingy hotel. The staff was unknowledgeable and surrounding hotels were far superior. However, it should be noted that you are staying off of a highway exit, without any real charm or character.

This is the third trip we have stayed. The hotel is so convenient. The staff is friendly and everything is generally clean. This trip though our door didnt shut very well, we couldn't adjust the ac, and the curtains were broken. The room needed some TLC just want to make note of it. Overall the stay was fine. The hotel is quiet, clean, ans convenient which is what we need when we travel.
