Room was reasonably clean however the air freshener or cleaner they use smells very very strong. Not a bad smell but very overwhelming. We went out a purchased spray to make it bearable. I can still smell it in my clothes now we are home.

Liked how extremely clean room, lobby, exterior walkways and parking areas were. I didn’t like the barking dog downstairs on Sat night. He eventually got quiet. When I walked to front office, from my room at 218, to check out, I saw that he was in room 118, I believe, cause he commenced to barking at me loudly as I passed by. I’m glad I wasn’t staying another night because of his noise late at night.

The front desk associate at 7pm on 9/5 lied to my face about the manager. I was not informed of the $100 fee for incidentals. I don’t care that it’s refundable - it’s money I don’t have. I asked to speak to the manager but the associate said “the manager can’t do anything.” So then I asked again and he lied and said “I am the manager.” Absolutely unacceptable. Will never be staying here again and WILL be contacting corporate.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh, but the individual that worked the desk the night of check-in wasn't very, how should I say, warm and welcoming. I get that at night, you may get some questionable individuals trying to get something for little to nothing, but that was not the case for my guest and I. The individual that worked the desk at check-out the following morning was much, much more pleasant to deal with.

Dont go by the Photos

The photos made you think the place was updated and they are not! Bed was uncomfortable, tub/shower was questionable. Cable had limited channels. I was very disappointed.
