"The washer and dryer on the second floor were disappointingly dirty and disgusting. However, our room was very clean, with spotless white towels and fresh bedding. The pool area was nice, and the water was warm, which the kids really enjoyed. The reception staff made a great impression with their friendly service, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, despite the issue with the laundry area, we had a pleasant stay."
