This is a fantastic hotel, very close to the Cascade Mountain ski resort. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was clean, and the daily breakfast offerings were delicious. And the cherry on top of the cake: the pool and hot tub, of course! Incredible to warm up and relax after a long day of skiing. Once again, I would like to commend the staff for going above and beyond. They turned on the TV and let us watch the game in the breakfast area, and they were overall extremely attentive, accommodating, and courteous. 5+++ stars. Excellent option for families with kids. We will be back for sure.

The bathroom was clogged with a huge bundle of hair that I had to clean, and the shower itself was extremely dirty. I ordered Clorox through DoorDash and cleaned the shower before using it. We had two attached rooms, and they offered for me to move to another room and leave my minor children alone in the other. They stated they didn’t have the cleaning crew in the evening or any cleaning supplies, so I had to buy Clorox and clean the bathroom myself.

Although the hotel is going through renovations, the ungodly amount of dog poop everywhere outside in the grassy areas was atrotious. Great to be pet friendly, but no accountability for guests to pick up after their dog. Trash everywhere outside too. I always pick up after my dog but is extremely difficult when trying no to step in other dog poop to clean up after my dog.

The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary restrictions so I was grateful for the 5% I could eat. That brings said, I really, really, really wish they had more options for those with restricted diets # high fat (keto) or high fiber diets.
