"We came to relax not gamble. Only to be told at check in that the pool and hot tubs were closed due to some mechanical issue. Spent almost our entire stay in our room. Hotel was practically empty but gave us a room on 2nd floor with no view. Room was clean but carpet very worn. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. "

"Room air conditioner on the 11th floor wouldnt go down below 77° I called front desk and they said it works on motion which definitely was not the case and just a cop out. Paid $200 for a Hot Stuffy room "

"Outside or the building was very tattered and the banner was ripped with no other sign in sight. Interior looked ruined down and smelled like animal urine. My actual room was very dated and the ac unit was held together with packing tape and the TV barely worked. One very thin blanket and a lumpy old bed. Not like the pictures at all."

On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient"
