Always a great place to stay- had a little trouble trying to get our door to lock, but the staff was very helpful. We will be back next year if the price remains about the same! It’s a convenient place to stay when visiting the Dunes.

Older building and older furniture, but the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. There was also a light breakfast (cereal, juice, some prepackaged buns), which was a pleasant surprise because it wasn't advertised. So we were very happy with how this turned out, especially for the price.

Our room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Getting to the property was questionable and outside was not well kept. Lobby area looks like been working on it for a while.

In our room, the carpet was wet (like it was recently shampooed), but it still smelled of urine…didn’t feel comfortable without shoes on. Location was handy for a one night stay on our cross country trip. Probably will not stay again, however.

Pretty basic low budget hotel, but far enough off the beaten path that it was quite and felt safe. Room was okay, but carpet was very old and dirty. TV in my room didn't work, but not much lost. Continental breakfast was basic, but decent enough for the price.

This is a tired hotel. Signage in the room appeared it was once a motel 8. Of the two keycards given, one never worked. Then the other stopped as we were leaving. Breakfast was bleak. The hotel remote was gross. Bedding was okay. The parking lot is cratered into the property. You get what you pay for.
