Oceana is a spacious, double-storey beachfront apartment crafted for effortless coastal living. Set along the highly sought-after Ocean Road, this light-filled retreat places you just a few steps from the shore, with uninterrupted views stretching across the Southern Ocean.
Upstairs, the home opens into an expansive, open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that flood the interiors with natural light, drawing your eye to the horizon. The main lounge offers a warm, inviting space to unwind, while a second dining nook and a second TV room create relaxed zones to gather, share meals, or simply enjoy a quiet read.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking, from generous prep space to quality appliances and essentials. Whether you’re whipping up breakfast or preparing a feast, it’s designed for ease. Step outside to the shared balcony, where a BBQ and fresh sea air invite memorable alfresco dinners. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower also services this floor for added convenience.
Downstairs, you`ll find two queen bedrooms and two with twin beds, making Oceana ideal for groups or families travelling together. The primary queen bedroom features its own private ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe, while an additional bathroom is shared by the remaining rooms—ensuring space and privacy for all.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
