The fully equipped kitchen—with its vibrant turquoise splashback, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine—has everything needed for effortless home cooking. Share meals indoors at the eight-seater dining table for relaxed gatherings, or take the experience outside to the covered balcony, where a large outdoor table and BBQ await. Enjoy a glass of local wine as the sky fades over the hills—the perfect setting for long, easy summer evenings.

Downstairs, a second living area provides extra room to spread out, opening to a fully fenced courtyard that offers a safe and private area for relaxation or play. A ping pong table adds a touch of friendly competition and fun for all ages.

Each bedroom reflects the home’s calm, beach-inspired palette of soft blues and coastal décor. The upstairs primary suite offers a quiet escape with a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite. Downstairs, a second queen bedroom provides a cosy haven, while two additional rooms with bunk and single beds create a welcoming space for families or groups to unwind together. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
