Boasting high ceilings and spacious living areas, this home offers four generous bedrooms and two dining areas, perfect for family living or entertaining. 2 queen bedrooms, one single bedroom with 2 beds plus a large master suite with king bed and ensuite give the family plenty of room to spread out.

The brand-new kitchen is a place to come together, featuring high-end appliances, including a dishwasher and a 900mm wide oven with air-fry function, along with two dining options for guests to choose from.

Enjoy year-round comfort with fully ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning and access to starlink wifi and our large flat screen smart tv.

Outside, the landscaped gardens are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a sun deck, lush lawn, and a cozy fire pit area. The yard is fully fenced and a great spot for your furry friends. Guests are also welcome to use the supplied BBQ.

With local eateries, bars, boutique shops, and beaches just a few minutes` walk away, plus Victor Harbor and Goolwa only a short drive and Adelaide just over an hour away, the property is exceptionally well located for both convenience and leisure activities.

Nice size house for two families to stay together, with an good sized enclosed backyard for the dog to run around. House and yard were nice and clean on arrival and host was really great at communicating.Great location with a short walk to the bakery, cockle train and beach
