Reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round. The bright, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine for unhurried mornings. Nearby, the dining area opens onto a spacious deck designed for easy entertaining.
Outside, the fully fenced garden provides privacy and a leafy outlook, with generous lawn space and sheltered spots to relax in the fresh coastal air. The deck features outdoor dining, a BBQ, and a lounge setting shaded by a Luxaflex electric awning—ideal for long lunches, evening drinks, or winding down after a day at the beach. From the deck, step through to a second living space reimagined as a games room, complete with another Smart TV, pool table, and dart board for easygoing fun and relaxed downtime.
Three inviting bedrooms offer peaceful places to retreat. The first and second bedrooms feature queen beds and fresh coastal styling, while the third bedroom is ideal for children, with two sets of bunk beds and space to play. A sleek bathroom includes both a bath and a shower, with two separate toilets adding everyday convenience. Laundry facilities include a washer, clothesline, and essentials for longer stays.
With off-street parking, Wi-Fi, and self-check-in, everything is in place for a seamless and relaxed Port Elliot stay.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
