This fully furnished studio apartment features a Full-size bed with high-quality linens. A nightstand on each bedside has outlets to keep your devices charged, and a modern AC unit keeps the whole space cool.

The single bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower features. After a day exploring the local sites, enjoy a hot, steamy shower to help you unwind before jumping into bed. The bathroom has a single mirrored vanity with plenty of hidden storage.

The functional kitchenette is convenient for making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. Use the microwave to reheat leftovers from the food trucks down the street, and store cold groceries and your favorite drinks in the mini-fridge.



The open shelves are stocked with kitchen essentials and a breakfast table is up against the wall with two stools underneath. Enjoy lunch here, or use it as a workspace with your laptop to get some work done.

When you come to Playa del Carmen, you’ll want to spend a lot of time outside. This modern condo allows you to do that when you don’t want to leave the house. Head up to the rooftop terrace with a margarita, hang out with old friends, or make some new ones.



Throw your favorite meats and veggies on the outdoor grill and enjoy dinner with a view. Hammocks provide a comfortable place for a mid-day siesta, and the brightly colored lounge chairs are perfect for relaxing with a good book and a beer. Watch out for the incredible sunsets!

Guest Access:

The entire studio is yours to enjoy, including the free WiFi, bathroom and kitchen essentials. You will also have access to the common areas, such as, a pool, rooftop, BBQ and solarium within an environment of artisanal murals.



From here, you are just minutes from local grocery stores, cyber cafes, coffee shops, locally-owned restaurants and boutiques, and the beach.



Other Things to Note:

-- Stained towels & linens will be charged 20USD each.

-- Toallas y blancos manchados se cobrarán 20USD cada uno.



-- When checking-out, the apartment has to be in the same state/conditions as when you entered the day of the check-in.

For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.





Important Notice:

From September 15th, 2025 to December 1st, 2025 renovation work will take place on the ground floor pool and machine room to ensure the continued quality and maintenance of this amenity. Work will be carried out Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Please note that the pool will not be available or usable during this period, and some noise or dust may occur.
