The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quieter area close to a few beaches but further away from the louder parts of Quinta Avenida which was nice but also close enough to the excitement. The room was nice and spacious. The rooftop pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, the tiles in the pool were coming loose and falling off. Unfortunately, the sharp edges caused my husband and my daughter to scrape and cut the skin on their feet. The lobby could also use a little deeper cleaning. The rooms, however, were very good and clean.

Great location to 5th ave and located at the quiet end of the strip. The beds were so comfortable. Missing a fridge in our room thay would have been extremely handy to have, but we just picked up a smal cooler for the week we were here. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, it really was all that we needed. Staff are wonderful and the place is clean

It was a nice experience but make sure to bring cash for the deposit because you have to give $50 deposit in cash and not everybody always has cash. At least I don’t. I did have cash for this particular trip so it wasn’t a big deal.

Spotless, that depends on your definition of spotless. Yes, it was clean, but it wasn't a 5 star hotel. It was a beach hotel, but very good. And the staff was courteous and hard working. If you want to stay at an affordable safe and clean hotel on a budget, this place is good.
