Terrible vacation. 3 of 4 members of my family were terribly sick after a few days. Check in took five and half hours. Hotel was understaffed and under supplied for the holiday traffic. The buffet was always out of food. The fridge in room was never restocked.

We stayed at the property the week of Thanksgiving, and we loved it! We had a swim out with an ocean view and our room was clean and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean. We had Diamond Club and we had Pablo and Milton as our butlers. They crushed it. They made our stay truly worry free and relaxing because they had everything taken care of. The upgrade was worth it in my opinion. The one thing the resort could do a little better is keeping the corridors clean. People leave their food and in front of their doors and it brings all of the creatures out. Other than that it was a great property and we had a very nice time.

Friendly staff many of whom spoke English very well. Clean spacious room with a great shower. Food was excellent and the beaches were soft sand with very little seaweed on shore or in the water . Only the main pool was heated but the other pools and slides were warm enough to get accustomed to quickly . Lazy river was fun too .

I stayed here 10 nights and finding hard time saying something good. One thing I want to mention, is that Expedia representatives tried their best to make our stay here better, but they can’t do much. First impression wasn’t good and the whole stay didn’t get better: 1. Homeless DOGS are on the beach, on the resort area, on seats, everywhere. It’s dangerous, disgusting and very uncomfortable. 2. Beach definitely needs improvement. I understand you can’t change water in the ocean, but you can keep beach clean and organized, but it’s dirty. 3. Front desk is terrible, practically impossible to get a hold of anyone. I had to go all the way to main lobby at 11:30 pm to report alarm in the room. 4. Restaurants have the same variety of food every single day. Buffet is overwhelmed with people during breakfast and lunch time. Kitchen is always behind bringing out food, people were waiting for simple bacon and hash brown for over 15 minutes. 5. Entertaining area is located right in the middle of the resort, so you can hear everything in every corner of every building. If you’re trying to go to bed earlier than midnight, this place is not for you. Plus area itself looks very cheap, filled with plastic chairs and nothing else. 6. Most of the Staff isn’t friendly and careless. They can easily pass by garbage on the floor without picking it up. I wish I can say something good, but my experience is this, unfortunately.

Pool suite was amazing unit 4:00am then carts and walkie talkies started rolling loudly by! Half of the staff was friendly.The other half was not loving their job. Clean rooms, ceaser at Gracie restaurant was the most amazing server we have ever had. Food at the Grazie, cave and the Tapanyaki were to die for. Buffett had Great options. Our group got upset stomachs after eating at rio Brazilian. Pools were great drinks were wonderful. Hard to find a seat at the pool unless you save seats first thing in the morning. Nice having the option to have room service, it does take upwards of 45 mins for the most part but worth the convenience. Loved the apple muffins at the cafe. Night entertainment was wonderful. Very kid friendly. Slides were a riot. Wish the infant pool by the big slides was warmer as my little guy got cold fairly quick in there even at plus 28.

The room and hotel were not really clean but what made my trip horrible was that I became very sick on the third day of the trip with sever stomach ache, throwing up and diarrhea. It was probably the worst trip I’ve had. Additionally at time there were no food or it would take a long time to be served

Unfortunately, my family and I had a several bad experiences. First, when we checked in, we were ushered to a special office and for the next 45 minutes had to endure a sales pitch for the Royalton Prime membership. At first we thought the representative was giving us a tour of the hotel but instead she was trying to tell us how much we would "save" if we signed up for their special club and committed to listening to another 90 minute sales pitch. It was a bad experience after waking up early to get to this hotel. The hotel itself was very mediocre. The food was nothing special. The pools were nice but the lazy river barely had any tubes to use so we had to wait a long time to be able to use the lazy river. Then while taking a shower, the water suddenly shut down. For about 5 minutes, I waited cold and wet in the shower before the water came back on. Also, we were a large party and every night it was one thing or another that created drama around seating us at dinner, despite having made previous reservations. When going to the beach, please be careful. My daughter cut her foot on a stone or piece of coral as she was trying to get into the water. In addition, if you are afraid of dogs, the beach in front of this hotel isn't a place for you. There were many stray dogs just hanging out on the beach chairs every day.

The places services is ok the pools are heated is impossible to eat in restaurants they never have reservation the food is ok , the make you paid for the trampoline is not jncluded taxis are over 130 dollars

I loved the service, people were great! I didn’t like that the lazy river was freezing and that nobody was cleaning the pools. I did get a stomach bug which was no fun since I’m pregnant and can’t take much for it aside from rest and hydration.
