Some tennis shoes that belong to my family, were taken by the maintenance crew. The whole time I was there. I had to deal with maintenance people. The Jacuzzi was not able to be used, because there was no hot water and kept going back-and-forth with the property owner. He would tell me to turn on the water heater, because the water would be out. Turning on water heater should not be a guest’s inconvenience.

This is a very nice and secure place. Beautiful grounds and excellent restaurant. We had a few hiccups, our air wasn’t working well the first couple days , but the host responds very quickly and had it replaced and bought us lunch for the inconvenience. We definitely would stay here again!
