Nice property, great location and surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. Our stay was short, but it was perfect. We had a city view room with a nice balcony. Beds were soft, air conditioning worked well, and house keeping had our room cleaned early. I enjoyed the pool area very much

Esta muy conmoda la habitacion, y el desayuno muy rico, hacen unos omeletes muy sabrosos Jesus nos atendio super bien y tienen varias opciones muy ricas para desayunar. El check in fue muy sencillo, Roman fue muy amable, el dia del check out saldriamos muy temprano y nos tenian box lunch para el camino. Tienen muy buena seguridad en el estacionamiento, los chicos fueron muy amables y disponibles para abrir aunque fuera muy temprano por la manana. La alberca esta super, muy relax. Muy cerca de la quinta avenida. Sin duda regredariamos

If you need an affordable stay at Cancun this hotel is fine! There was nothing alarming about the area but nothing super special either. It wasn't a luxurious hotel although you can tell that maybe once it was. It smells a little funny, just like mop water but it passes in comfort and has everything you actually need. Like an iron, it wasn't in the room but we could get it from the front desk. The food was a 5/10… but the staff was very kind!!!

Everything at this property was lovely. It was quite and calm. The pool was great. Very walkable to the strip of playa del carmen. The only thing were the beds and pillows a little stiff. Overall everything was great and had a good time stay here.

Place was stunning, staff was amazing, and the breakfast incredible. Inside the hotel and all common areas including pool and bar were quiet and relaxing. Although I loved the layout of our 2nd level junior suite and terrace, the noise was such a nuisance. Late nights with traffic and partygoers and bright and early in the morning with the rush hour traffic sleep was difficult. Other than that everything was great!

This was my 3rd stay at this property. I wish they had a way to pay for breakfast in the dining area versus having to go down to pay then back up to eat. When I was checking in after about 13 hours of travel time, I forgot to get my passport back due to exhaustion. I never realized it, and after 3 times of going down to the front desk, they still never handed it back to me. I checked out and realized I never got it once I was hours away. I wish they had brought it to my room after I checked in or at least had given it back on one of the 3 times I went to the front desk. They did keep it safe for a friend to pick up a couple days later.

Clean, comfortable, and hospitable stay

The rooms and pool were delightful, clean and comfortable. The lobby did not reflect the quality of the rooms, which were very nice. Similarly, the neighborhood did not seem desirable, but it was walking distance to Quinta Avenida with various shops and greats spots to eat. The service was very friendly. Overall, a nice stopover en route to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at HM Playa del Carmen! This beautiful boutique hotel is close to the main road, beach, and ferry, making it easy to explore. The well-maintained pool and poolside bar were perfect for relaxing with great drinks and snacks. Plus, the convenient and secure parking space, ideal for those travelling by car, and the attentive staff made our experience even better!

Just a great little hotel. Quiet but walkable to most everything in playa. Very clean and staff was friendly and sweet. Breakfast buffet was very good. My only minor complaint is the beds were pretty firm but still slept well. Only 3 blocks from the Playa Alterna bus station. Many dining options right by hotel. Pool was fantastic!

I really enjoyed my 1 night stay at this cute boutique hotel. The service was amazing! The drinks ordered at the beautiful swim up bar were delicious! The location of this hotel was perfect! Just a walk down from the beach and from the main 5th avenue strip, yet it was nice and quiet and I felt safe, and well taken care of. Beautiful pool which I loved swimming in at night, with a beautiful view of the moon and stars above me! HM great job!

I would come back

This is a very nice hotel. They have a pool bar and restaurant you can eat all your meals there if you so please. The staff are super nice and the facilities are beautiful. It’s in a great location honestly, if you’re into hotels, this is a fantastic spot in Playa.
