Good location but villa feels tired for the price

We ended up changing apartments as the first was very scruffy with broken elements and generally not worth the price. Property manager Gerry was brilliant and did his best to relocate us when he could and the second property was much better. Overall a good location although I think you can find better/newer complexes in Playa
