Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

For safety reasons, after 10pm, only guests with wristbands are allowed to enter the condo building.

Taxi's are also easy to get from this central location by walking one block to the main street.

There are laundry facilities in the building, they are managed by the building administration, you can purchase coins from the reception desk.

Electricity is very expensive here, we kindly ask you not to leave the air conditioning on when you’re not home. At night, please set it to 22°C (72°F) or higher while sleeping to help conserve energy.

For Monthly Stays (28+ nights): When the monthly discount is applied, electricity is charged at a flat fee of 100 USD per month in the winter months (November - May) and 150 USD per month in the summer (June - October), paid separately upon arrival.
