"The Hyatt North shore is centrally located between the two stadiums close to everything whether you are walking or by car. The hotel is very clean and rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was okay. It would be nice if they had hot chocolate as well as coffee but that’s just a preference. The pool is quite small and we only stuck our feet in and didn’t get right in as it looked a little foggy. Upon check in I was served by a very rude front desk staff (Alison). She tried to double charge me for my room when I already paid on Expedia. She kept trying to tell me I didn’t pay and even after I showed her the receipt she said I was wrong. She never explained anything about parking and I ended up having to ask another worker. I hope you never get her. Luckily the next morning I spoke with a nice woman, maybe the manager who resolved my issues and I was very grateful for that. I do recommend this hotel in Pittsburgh and would stay there again."
