The room was perfect, spacious and clean with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was cleaned while we were out and the hot chocolate chip cookies were the best touch. Hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. The staff, especially Malaysia at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but not terrible a little pricey though. You do need a rental car here though, nothing is in walking distance but we found driving in Pittsburgh fairly easy. We liked the location to the Penguins Arena and to many of the sites!! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. I stayed on the 7th floor, and the room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is provided daily, which was a nice touch. The room has a floor to ceiling window where a balcony appears to have once been accessible, though it is no longer in use. There is also a bar and restaurant on the main floor for guests to enjoy. The hotel is only about a 5-minute drive from the city. Overall, it was a good experience.

Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room itself was clean, and although it took several minutes for the shower water to warm up, once it did it was glorious. Bistro lunch/dinner options were limited, but we shall see what the coffee is like in the morning!

No maintenance staff to resolve plumbing issue. Never heard of a hotel not staffing maintenance at any time. Hotel was near capacity. Had to leave early with no compensation.
