We did not have breakfast due to our schedule. The staff at check in was not the friendliest. But the staff at the desk at dinner was much more helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and our meals were very good! The faucet for the bathtub constantly dripped water. The room was very clean. The heater/ac was noisy.

Awesome room and location. Staff was friendly. Parking situation is awful. Expect and plan accordingly. Took us about 1/2 an hour to park our vehicle but besides that it was great

Clean room, loved the pool for an early morning swim workout. The attached restaurant was very convenient with good food. The complementary continental breakfast was had plenty of choices with an extremely welcome host.

This was our first time in Pittsburgh. Great location and a cozy suite. The suite did not come with dishes or anything but it was a nice stay. You can see the PNC Park and football stadium from the window. We enjoyed our stay overall. 5 stars to the staff!

The room we stayed in had old pizza and banana in it. The cover had small stains on it and the ac/heating unit made an annoying noise when it was on. Front desk staff at checking out was okay and when asked to come grab the stuff out the fridge they did. My husband and I were only staying because we were here for a holiday get together. So it wasn’t a big deal. Would come back if we needed too but probably will stay somewhere else when we comeback in town. Shower pressure was bad also.
