This hotel is an old building. The public areas (Entry, conference rooms, pool, exercise) are all updated and excellent. The rooms are a bit shabby. We were quite disappointed with the condition of the room, and asked for an updated one. The second room was better, but not by much. Rooms are small and expect to see wall paper peeling, grout cracked and grungy, bathroom tiles missing, shower fixture that’s broken, etc.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it’s comfortable and in such an easy location if you’re going to a Steelers, Penguins, or pirates game. You really can’t beat the location! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to eat in walking distance.

The manager Kody was so amazing and helpful beautiful hotel and room was large. Comfortable bed and large bedroom. Very easy walking to the stadiums A few downsides: lots of people smoking around the hotel not just cigarettes and restaurants were not able to accommodate the crowds from the game

It was a really nice Hotel , staff was professional and friendly. I didn’t expect the $44 charge per night for the valet parking. Hardly any street parking, we didn’t have much of an option. Everything else was amazing , great stay !!

On our first night, we were woken up at 1:30 am with loud talking outside our room for approximately 20-minutes. Then, at approximately 4:30 am I heard snoring through the walls from a room next to us. Saturday night was a much more restful sleep/night. All the staff we met were very friendly, nice, and helpful.
