Excellent condo close to Dollywood. The condo was exactly as pictured. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. We went with a family of 6 and had plenty of room. I would definitely rent this location again.

The place worked well for my family and had beautiful views, which we really enjoyed. It was close to everything we wanted to do while in the area. I also liked the layout of the room with the three beds, as it gave everyone enough space and made it comfortable for our stay.The unit is a little outdated, the HVAC makes a lot of noise when coming on, and a few of the switches didn’t work. Overall, it met our needs and the views and layout were the highlights of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s out of the way but super close to all of the activities. Everyone was very responsive to my questions. I have an autistic daughter and I love the room set up for her. She’s with us but still allows for privacy.

Location was great. The condo was fine, plenty of space for our family of 6. The building we were in clearly hasn’t had any updates in a long time. Biggest disappointment was the outdoor pool not being open despite 4 consecutive days of 80 degrees and all other resort pools in the area open. Other than that the property manager was responsive and helpful, made the process super simple.
