Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was disappointing. It was very dusty with dust webs hanging from the ceiling, visible spider webs in the corners, rusty toilet paper holder and dirt behind the bathroom door. The mattress was sagged and lumpy. Hot tub water was filthy.

Booked a room with kitchennette, but ended up without. When I asked to move to the room with kitchennette, it was already all booked. The room was okay, but there was some signs of lacking maintenance. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and we found a big bug in it. The worst part is breakfast. The only hot food was the grit. They provided toaster and waffle maker too. Everything else had to be heated up in their microwave and they only provided stereofoam plates to heat up the food.
