It was a pleasant surprise what a great price gets you at Wild Bear Inn! The hotel has a retro feel but the room was clean and the staff was very friendly! It was a cozy spot and we loved the pool outside too. We were given free breakfast vouchers and it was a good breakfast! We even stopped back into their tavern for dinner on the second day of our stay- very good! We have decided that we’ll stay here again next time we visit the Pigeon Forge area! Highly recommend for a pleasant stay on a budget!

I was beyond pleased with everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is exceptional. They certainly give you more than you can eat whether it is the delicious breakfast or the best dinner we had while we were in Pigeon Forge. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Thankfully we only stayed one night. We originally chose this hotel for our last night as the first few days we stayed in Gatlinburg but wanted a day in pigeon forge. Unfortunately for us the room smelled terrible and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The location was a plus but I don’t know that we will come back to this location.

I had never stayed here before this trip, but will definitely be staying again. It’s an older hotel (as is almost everywhere in PF), but they are doing some upgrades. The beds were super comfortable, the staff was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better considering it’s right at a light. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, but it must be good considering there were people lined out the door every morning for breakfast.
