Laundry was across the hall and was noisy ,made it hard to sleep so we slept later than normal. Check-in clerk told us breakfast was 7 to 10. It ended at 9:30 so we missed all but coffee and juice.

Need more towels in rooms in case you get dirty when out doing stuff. The milk at breakfast tasted funny and yall were out of gravy but nice gesture of free breakfast. The chili our last night made us sick. I ate a few spoonfuls, hubby ate half his then we decided to go get something else. Again nice gesture.

Hotel was very nice. I arrived at 2pm and check in was 4pm but any other hotel I have ever stayed in will check you in if room is ready or give you a parking pass. This hotel charges 30 dollars to check in 2 hours early even if you only need to park. Only reason I will not stay there again.

Great stay

Newly opened hotel on the river walk across from LeConte Center. Location is excellent if you have a dog. Can’t compliment the staff enough. Very friendly and helpful. Usually stay at DreamMore, but not dog friendly. Will make this my first choice when visiting the area again.

Best place to stay

I would give them 12/10 if possible! Extremely clean, friendly staff always will to help, the breakfast is delicious! Cant go wrong with staying with Drury in Pigeon Forge or Chattanooga Tennessee.
