Everything was good. We hardly stayed in the room. Just for few hours of sleep. Saw a few complaints by others about bed bugs. But there was no such problem. Easy access for shopping and food.

The pillows were small and uncomfortable. I did not like smelling the Marijuana from the people smoking in the room above me. I loved the convenience of walking to attractions near hotel.

My only issue was that the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The pillowcases had stains on them and the elevator was broken and when I asked for the first floor I got zero customer service and also the room was not as pictured. It looked like I got a room that had not been remodeled yet. Pictures did not match

The staff was very helpful, but the highlight of our stay was the comfort of the bed. The motel is convenient to the restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in Pigeon Forge.

Room smelled of marijuana, the power kicked when I tried to used the microwave, and our room didn’t even have a fire alarm. There were people living in the room next to Us, and would sit on the porch and talk all hours of the night. As well as smoke marijuana on the balcony where you have to walk. Terrible experience. Room was not ready till 45min after check in time front desk said it still needed to be cleaned. This place has cockroaches, tried to call front desk but there was cockroaches on phone so Iwent to front desk and the lady acted like it wasnt a issue, she clearly knew they had bugs.We seen several bugs withinthe 1st 5minutes of being in room. We checked out and they did not want to refund us the money. Do yourself a favor and book a different place to stay.

Over all our room was decently clean for the price and it being right on the parkway at pigeon forge. Room had no coffee pot. Bed had only a sheet so I recommend taking your own blankets if you stay there. I didn’t see any bugs anywhere. For the money I would stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. We love that the little creek runs behind the property and you can walk down to the Old Mill. It’s a great location for accessibility! The elevator was broken during our stay so be prepared for some stairs. Overall we enjoy staying here.

Air conditioned room was good. Room was clean except for finding 3 baby roaches in the bathroom. Only one hand towel was provided. Had to get another one for 2nd person. Office door was locked @ 240pm. Had to call staff toet us in to get checked in.
